The Frankford Township Committee has established a new Chapter 4 of the Code of the Township of Frankford Entitled "Mobile Retail Vendors", Ordinance 2024-004.
The provision of this chapter shall apply to mobile operations engaged in the business of, preparing, distributing and/or gifting of food, beverage, or any other items from mobile retail vendors on public or private property within the Township of Frankford. This does not include catering. Vendors at Skylands Stadium and the Sussex County Fairgrounds are exempt.
