Surveying Services for Open Space Acquisition

Request for Proposal for Surveying Services for Open Space Acquisition Frankford Township Block 42, Lot 5, 250 Mattison Reservoir Road

Frankford Township (hereinafter referred to as “Township”) is under contract to purchase the above-referenced property as open space, using funding from the New Jersey Green Acres Program. The Township is seeking proposals for the survey of the boundary of the property, along with a possible exempted portion, in accordance with Green Acres standards.

The Township will obtain a title search for the property, which would be made available in advance of the commencement of survey work. Should you have an interest in responding to this request, please submit a full proposal for the surveying task, as well as applicable rates for any required follow-up work outside the scope of a Green Acres compliant survey by July 23, 2024 to:
