A committee's meeting schedule for the year will be posted after approval at the committee's organization meeting.

Meetings are normally held in the Municipal Building unless specified elsewhere. Agendas are usually posted 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting. If they are not available online, they will be available at the meeting. Minutes are generally voted to be accepted at the next meeting and will be posted when approved.
